If somebody would have complained, they would have sent my supervisor out that same day, fixed the issue, and I would have been reamed. Now, I’m waiting for a call back to the investigation, but they won’t send anyone over to DELIVER IT! So, apparently it’s been sitting at the bottom of the stairs to apartment complex (near neighbors house), but I can’t lift it (70 pounds) because I was in a car accident and am still healing…. I called to let them know it wasn’t, and they said they would open a case and call me back. FedEx says they delivered at 11:00- I was home. It doesn't even matter, anyway I can no longer use it. I wouldn't be surprised if it's Monday before I receive the package. Ultimately, I found that the ongoing delay was because the address issue had not actually been resolved, so I had the package sent to a FedEx pickup center. After saying "customer service" more times than I can count and repeatedly explaining the situation to the answering bot, it hangs up on me. I call them and try to get a human on the line. Web chat tool? Unhelpful, it tells me to call them and that call volumes are high. So, I try to reach out to someone to understand what went wrong. The tracking site didn't note whether the address issue had been resolved. Anyway, the status remained at "operational delay" for three additional days, without any status update. But, how could this be? The address was verified before the package was shipped.
It was shipped with FedEx two-day shipping. I have had nothing but issues with FedEx.įor my most recent issue with them, I ordered a time-sensitive item.
